These terms are between you and Brent Leekley, a Colorado sole proprietor doing business as RouteSwitchU ("RouteSwitchU," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you buy the paid RouteSwitchU course. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy, including the refund-request window below.
A one-time purchase of lifetime access to the paid course, for your own learning. RouteSwitchU is a living course: we add and revise lessons over time, and your purchase includes the course as it is today plus future updates to it at no extra cost. We don't promise any specific future lesson, topic, or release date - the roadmap is intent, not a guarantee. Access is delivered online and starts right after payment.
You may apply for a refund by contacting us within seven calendar days after the timestamp of your initial purchase. Include your account username and purchase reference, but never send your password or recovery code. A timely application does not guarantee approval. We review each request individually, including the reason for the request and relevant account, purchase, access, and support history.
If we approve a refund, we return it to the original payment method and revoke the associated course access. Requests received after the seven-day window are not eligible under this voluntary policy. Duplicate or unauthorized charges are handled separately. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The course is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
It's educational content, not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. We don't guarantee any particular result - passing a certification or exam, learning a specific skill, or getting a job, promotion, or raise. Technical content can age as tools change. Your results depend on your own effort, and you're responsible for how you apply what you learn, including on any production network.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the course or these terms will not exceed what you actually paid for the course. We won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, even if we were warned they were possible. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning. Please don't share your account, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or build a competing course from the material. The course content stays ours. We can suspend or revoke access for breaking these rules, without a refund.
If something's wrong with your purchase, email us first at hello@routeswitchu.com and we'll try to make it right. A refund application and a payment dispute are different processes. Filing a chargeback that misrepresents the purchase or bypasses a pending good-faith review may lead us to revoke access and contest the dispute with the purchase and acceptance records.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Colorado.
